Please note that your space reservation is not confirmed until you receive an official email confirmation from the appropriate Scheduling Department. To ensure timely processing, please submit your request no later than 10 business days in advance of the event or meeting.

FACILITIES DEPARTMENT SUPPORT REMINDER: If your event or meeting takes place outside the University Center and requires setup or support from the Facilities Department, you must submit a work order no later than 10 business days prior to the event. All requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and may incur additional charges for services required outside of normal business hours.
